When is payment due?

Payment is due once your website is complete and live. We want you to feel confident in the final product before the balance is collected.

What’s included in the monthly price?

Your monthly payment covers the website build, hosting, maintenance, and any included support based on your plan.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, all costs are clearly outlined in your plan. The only additional fees would be for extra features you request that aren’t in your plan.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, I’m required to collect sales tax on taxable services and products in Arizona. The current state rate is 5.6%, plus any applicable city or county tax. The exact amount will be calculated and shown on your invoice. If you are an Arizona business with a valid exemption certificate, you won’t be charged sales tax.

What’s the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Pro plans?

Basic is for simple websites, Standard adds more pages and features, and Pro includes advanced functionality, branding, and design customization.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime. The cost will be adjusted based on the remaining term.

What if I need more pages than my plan allows?

We can add pages at a per-page rate or move you to a higher plan.

How long will it take to build my website?

Basic sites are typically ready in 1–2 weeks, Standard in 2–4 weeks, and Pro in 4–6 weeks, depending on complexity and client feedback.

What do you need from me to get started?

We’ll need your branding assets (logo, colors, fonts), content (text and images), and any inspiration or examples you like. Don’t have some of these? No problem — we offer branding services to help bring your brand and website together.

Will I get to review the site before it goes live?

Yes, you’ll have review rounds to request changes before launch.

What does “monthly maintenance” include?

Website backups, software updates, security checks, and small content changes depending on your plan.

What happens if I cancel my monthly plan?

If you’re on a monthly plan, the website design remains my property until it’s fully paid off. If you cancel before completing all payments, the site will be taken offline. Once it’s paid in full, you’ll own the design and can transfer it to your own Webflow account if you wish. For clients who paid upfront, you own the website from the start. However, canceling hosting or domain services will take your site offline until those are reinstated.

Do you offer SEO services?

We do offer basic SEO services, including optimizing your website’s titles, meta descriptions, and overall structure to help improve visibility in search engines. While we provide these foundational SEO elements, we do not currently offer advanced or ongoing SEO campaigns. You can always choose to work with a specialized SEO provider in the future if you want more in-depth optimization.

Who owns my website after it’s built?

For monthly plans, ownership of the website design transfers to you once all payments are completed. Until then, the design remains my property. If you cancel before it’s fully paid, the site will be taken offline.

Can I move my website to my own account?

Yes, once you own the design, we can transfer it to your own Webflow account, and you’ll take over hosting and domain management from there.

Will my site be mobile-friendly?

Yes, all sites are responsive for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Can I edit my website myself?

Yes, Webflow’s CMS makes it easy for you to update text, images, and blog posts without coding.
