PHX WebSpace provides freelance web design, web development, and related digital services. Specific details of each project will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

2. Payments

• All fees are outlined in project proposals or invoices.
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Payments are due on the dates specified in the invoice.
• Late payments may result in paused work until payment is received.

3. Revisions

• Each project includes a set number of revisions as specified in the proposal.
• Additional revisions beyond that may result in extra charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agree to:

• Provide necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner.
• Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes.
• Obtain rights or licenses for any content provided to PHX WebSpace.

5. Intellectual Property

• PHX WebSpace retains ownership of design and development work until full payment is received.
• After payment, the client owns the final deliverables.
• PHX WebSpace may showcase completed projects in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to that point.

7. Limitation of Liability

PHX WebSpace is not responsible for:

• Downtime, bugs, or issues caused by third-party services (hosting providers, plugins, integrations, etc.).
• Loss of business, data, or revenue arising from website use.

8. Privacy

Any personal information provided will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
